What We Do
We build the systems that take repetitive work off your team — and we help you figure out which work to take off first.
Where the hours go
The work is not hard. It is just everywhere.
Most of a local business's lost time is not one big problem. It is the same small handoffs, repeated until they add up to a payroll line.
- Today
Someone retypes every sale into the accounting system, three times a week.
With it fixedThe sale posts itself the moment the ticket closes.
- Today
A customer reschedules by text. It gets written down, then forgotten, then double-booked.
With it fixedOne reschedule updates the calendar, the staff list and the customer, all at once.
- Today
Month-end means a weekend pulling numbers out of four different places.
With it fixedThe numbers already live in one place. Month-end takes an hour.
- Today
The same question gets answered by hand fifty times a week.
With it fixedAn assistant handles the routine ones and sends the rest to you.
Integrations & APIs
Get your systems talking to each other. We connect the software you already run — accounting, scheduling, CRM, line-of-business tools — so data moves once, automatically, instead of being retyped by someone three times a week. Includes API work and single sign-on.
Workflow Automation
The recurring process that eats hours every week and has to be done exactly right every time — we turn it into something that runs on its own and tells you when it needs you. Fewer steps, fewer errors, no one chasing a checklist.
Custom Apps & Internal Tools
When the software you need does not exist, or the version you can buy does four things you need and forty you do not. We build the tool that fits how your business actually works, not the other way around.
AI Assistants & Agents
Practical AI, aimed at specific work: reading documents, answering routine questions, drafting the same reply for the hundredth time, pulling structured data out of messy files. We start from the job to be done, not from the technology.
Where this is headedConcept, in design
One place to see your whole business.
Everything we build for a client feeds the same picture. We are designing a view that puts it in one place: what is happening today, what is coming, and what needs a decision from you. Pick a moment and watch one event ripple through the whole business.

This is a design concept, not a product you can buy today, and the numbers are made up. The integrations and automations we build now are the pieces a view like this is made of. Want to see it when it is ready? Tell us.
Not sure where to start?
Start with an Operational Evaluation.
We spend time inside your operation, map where the hours actually go, and hand you a written plan. Most owners find the first fix pays for the evaluation.
- Where time and money are being lost, in writing
- A prioritized list of what to address first
- An estimate for each piece, yours to act on with us or without us

Not sure what to automate first? Most owners are not. We spend time inside your operation, map where the hours actually go, and hand you a written plan: what to fix now, what to leave alone, and what each piece is worth.
Operational Evaluation — $1,500 fixed fee
A scoped assessment of your operation. You get a written findings document: where time and money are being lost, a prioritized list of what to address first, and an estimate for each. Yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
Work beyond the evaluation is quoted separately.
