Who You Work With

Brian Rager

Brian Rager

Founder, Software & Automation

Brian Rager has spent 25 years building software that has to work — from growing a startup out of a three-person apartment to managing banking integrations used by more than 9 million people, where 99.5% uptime is the floor. As a Software Engineering Manager at a leading financial technology company, he leads a team of engineers building custom API and platform integrations for banks and credit unions across the country.

Brian also holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Alabama Army National Guard, with three combat deployments and more than 30 years leading people under pressure.

He founded Vector Logic Labs to bring technology and innovation to small businesses by identifying manual processes, helping owners decide what is worth automating, and building the integrations, internal tooling, or AI workflows that give them the competitive edge they have been needing.

His approach is the one he has always built with: practical, reliable, and engineered to handle real workloads.

If your business needs help staying competitive in today’s world of changing technology, request a consultation and Operational Evaluation tailored to your individual business needs.
